Your Local Gastropub with a Brewery

At Browns Bay Brewing, we’re passionate about great beer, good food and good company. We’re a local gastropub with our own micro brewery, 26 taps and a drinks list designed to have something for everyone.

Our in house brewed beers are always at the heart of what we do. Alongside our own beers, we pour a lineup from some of our favourite New Zealand breweries, including McLeod’s, Sawmill, Double Vision Brewing, 8 Wired, Canyon Brewing, Urbanaut and more. With fresh releases and different styles regularly hitting the taps, there’s always something new to discover.

But we know that not everyone wants a craft beer every time. That’s why we’ve expanded our range to include more mainstream and classic beers alongside our craft selection. Our bar also has a great selection of seltzers, ciders, wine, cocktails, premium spirits and a hefty non alcoholic range.

Browns Bay Brewing Co. was born from a simple love of great beer, good people, and the easygoing vibe of the Bays.

Back in 2011, Deep Creek Brewing put this spot on the map. Since then, the venue has grown into a local favourite, the kind of place where you can grab tasty food, enjoy a cold brew, and always spot a familiar face.
